Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of Quote Guru from PHX Rapid Engineering LLC.

Try it free first

Quote Guru comes with a 14-day free trial. We offer the trial so you can test the software in your own shop before you pay.

Please use the trial to make sure Quote Guru works for you and runs on your PC.

All sales are final

Because you can try Quote Guru free for 14 days, all sales are final after purchase.

We do not give refunds if you change your mind, no longer need the software, or did not use the trial.

Exceptions

We will make it right in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the extra charge.

  • No working license or download. If you paid but never received a working license key or download, and we cannot fix the problem, we will refund your purchase.

Requests for either exception must be made within 30 days of purchase.

How to request help

Email us at Contact@phxrapid.com. Please include:

  • the name and email address used for the purchase,

  • your order number or receipt, and

  • a short description of the problem.

We will reply as soon as we can, usually within a few business days.

Payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Any approved refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show the refund.
