PHX Rapid Engineering Capabilities
Industrial-Grade 3D Printing (SLA)
Utilizing Formlabs Form 3+ Low Force Stereolithography (LFS)™ technology, we produce parts with injection-molded surface finishes and isotropic strength. Every part undergoes a standardized Form Wash and Form Cure cycle to ensure final material properties meet rigorous engineering data sheet specifications.
Technology: Formlabs Form 3+ (LFS)
Post-Processing: Automated isopropyl alcohol wash and UV-thermal curing, ensuring your SLA parts achieve their full tensile strength and heat deflection temperature..
Standard Tolerance: +/- 0.015" (High-detail features capable of +/- 0.004").
Available Materials:
Standard Resin: for standard prototyping, visual models, fit-testing, high detail matte finish (grey)
Engineering Resins: for functional engineering (form/fit/function): Tough 2000 (ABS-like, high strength and stiffness. Best for jigs, fixtures and mechanical parts); Rigid 4000/10K (Glass-filled, extremely stiff and heat-resistant. Best for aerodynamic and fluid-flow components).
Specialty: High Temp (up to 238°C), Flexible/Elastic (50A-80A Shore), and Clear. These are non-stock materials and may require additional lead time and setup fees.
