Information you give us

Contact and quote forms. When you use a contact form or quote request form on our site, we collect what you enter. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, your message, and any files or part details you send.

We use this to answer you, prepare quotes, and do the work you ask for.

Notify-me email list. If you sign up to be notified, we collect your email address through a Squarespace form on our site. We use it to email you updates about our products, such as Quote Guru.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.

Information collected automatically

Google Analytics (GA4). We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site, such as which pages are visited and how long visitors stay. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects details like your device type, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed.

We use this only in summary form to improve our site. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Google Search Console. We use Google Search Console to see how our site shows up in Google search results. It gives us summary reports, such as search terms and clicks. It does not tell us who you are.

Squarespace hosting. Our website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace processes site data, such as form submissions and basic visitor logs, to run the site for us. Squarespace may also set cookies needed for the site to work.

You can read Squarespace's privacy policy at squarespace.com/privacy.

Payments

Quote Guru purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment details, billing address, and tax details. We never see or store your full card number.

Lemon Squeezy shares with us what we need to fulfill your order and support you, such as your name, email address, order details, and license information. Lemon Squeezy's use of your data is covered by its own privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

The Quote Guru software

Quote Guru runs on your own Windows PC. Your quotes, rates, customer details, and other shop data stay on your computer.

Quote Guru does not send your quote data to us. We only see that information if you choose to share it with us, for example when you contact support and send us a file or screenshot.

Quote Guru connects to the internet to check your license and look for updates. This sends only your license key and basic technical details, never your quote data. Quote Guru does not collect usage analytics or send crash reports.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • answer your questions and provide support,

  • prepare quotes and do work you request,

  • deliver Quote Guru, licenses, and updates,

  • send product updates you signed up for,

  • improve our website and products, and

  • meet legal, tax, and accounting needs.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We only share it with the service providers listed in this policy (Squarespace, Google, and Lemon Squeezy) so they can help us run our business, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires (for example, for tax records).

How we protect it

We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online service is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee total security.

Your choices and data requests

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we have about you,

  • correct it,

  • delete it, or

  • stop sending you marketing emails.

To make a request, email Contact@phxrapid.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. Some records, such as purchase records, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

Children

Our website and Quote Guru are made for businesses. They are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
